Service Limitations

Mold Masters Okanagan performs remediation based on recognized industry standards and best practices.

While remediation significantly reduces mold contamination and addresses identified issues, we cannot guarantee that mold will never return. Mold growth can recur if moisture or humidity problems continue or new water intrusion occurs.

Customers are responsible for correcting the source of moisture where applicable.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Deposits are required before work begins.
Payment is due upon completion of services.
Late payments may be subject to interest and collection costs where permitted by law.

Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled by contacting us as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to charge reasonable fees for cancellations after work has commenced or for missed appointments where significant travel or preparation has occurred.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mold Masters Okanagan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or our services.

Our total liability relating to services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for those specific services, except where prohibited by applicable law.
