Refund Policy

At Mold Masters Okanagan, we reserve dedicated time, equipment, and technicians for every scheduled project. To ensure we can provide prompt and reliable service to all of our customers, the following deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling policy applies.

Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to confirm and schedule your service appointment. Your booking is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled service date.

• Cancellations made with 72 hours or more notice are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund, and the deposit will be retained to cover scheduling, preparation, and administrative costs.

Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected situations can arise and will always make every reasonable effort to accommodate emergencies.

• If you request to reschedule 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment, we will gladly move your appointment to the next available date at no additional charge.

• Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your scheduled service will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If we are able to accommodate the change, a $100 rescheduling fee may apply.

 

Emergencies

We recognize that genuine emergencies happen. If an unforeseen emergency prevents you from keeping your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider the circumstances and work with you to find a fair solution whenever reasonably possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment whenever possible. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been approved.
